VETERAN’S AFFAIRS

If you have ever served in the Armed Forces and have been released, whether it was several years ago or just recently we can assist you in receiving payment towards you care.

When you come in for your New Patient Assessment let the Tech CA or Doctor know. We will require your Veteran’s Affairs card to determine how to proceed with your care. We will provide Blue Cross with all of the appropriate paperwork throughout your course of treatment.
